Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, protective films, tags, and accessories intact.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@fugazzaro.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as the item remains your responsibility until received and approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty Items

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Approved claims will include return shipping, and we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
